Entry Information
The meet entry deadline was April 1, 2007.
If you would still like to enter, please contact entry coordinator Jackie Merrick at 07merrickj@wcasd.net or (484) 467-2092 for additional details.
The entry fee will be $90 per team, or $180 per school if both a boys and girls team are entered. If you would only like to enter an individual or relay team, the costs will be $8 and $15 respectively.

- Entries to events are due on Wednesday,
May 2nd via DirectAthletics.com. ENTRY DEADLINE IS 9PM..
- In order to keep the meet running smoothly, scratching will be strongly discouraged after entries are submitted on
Wednesday May 2.
- Henderson's own Certified Athletic Trainer, Brian McCloskey, will be working at the meet.
- Quarter inch pyramid spikes will be allowed for all running and jumping events.
- Starting heights for both the pole vault and high jump will be determined at the coaches meeting, to be hald at 3:45.
- NFHS Rules Apply for uniforms, etc.
- There will be a limit of two individual entries per school in open events and one relay entry per school in relay events. However, anyone who is capable of running District 1 AAA qualifying standards
(Boys/Girls)
will be allowed to enter as an additional entry. (For example, if you have four athletes who can run the district
qualifying time in the 800 meters, all four may be entered. However, no one slower than the standard may be entered
from your school in the event.)
- There will be unlimited entries per school in the novice 1600 meter run, however, there will only be one heat of girls and one heat of boys.
- Heats will be run slow to fast.
- The 100 and 200 meter dashes along with the 100/110 hurdles will consist of trials followed by finals including the fastest eight times from trials.
- Medals will be awarded to the top 6 finishers or relay teams in each event.
- The meet will be FAT timed.
- The meet will be sanctioned in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware.
- Track events will begin at 3:30, with throwing events starting at 3:30 as well.
