Monday

“Fun” Group run of 4-8 miles around town from the store. We keep a 8:00-9:00 pace.

  • Starts at 5:45AM

Tuesday

Track workout at Henderson Highschool – all abilities are welcome! We often get groups of 40+, so warm up however much or little you need.

  • Starts at 5:50AM

Wednesday

“Fun” Group run of 4-8 miles around town from the store. We keep a 8:00-9:00 pace.

  • Starts at 5:45AM

“Wednesday Knights”

4-8 Miles run plus burgers at Side Bar afterwards. Stay for a drink.

  • Starts at 6:30PM

Thursday

Meet at New & Ashebridge Streets for an 8-Mile loop.

  • Starts at 5:40AM

Friday

Track workout at Henderson High School – all abilities welcome! This is our second workout of the week and we will alternate between strength and speed workouts.

  • Starts at 5:30 AM at Henderson High School Track.
  • Group warms-up around church street starting at 5:00 AM

Saturday

Meet at New & Ashebridge Streets for a run that starts off easy and gets rolling upwards of 15+ miles depending on the whether and group fitness level.
